OUR MISSION STATEMENT:
Connecting with the Church
Caring for the Lost
Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV) "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
OUR VISION IS to create a church atmosphere that is welcoming
to unchurched people
What We Believe: We believe in the person of Jesus Christ, the only living Son of God, We believe in the paternity of wearing His name, We believe in the power of God unto salvation to all who believe and the indwelling strength of His Holy Spirit, We believe in the permanence of the Bible as the inspired Word of God. It is perfect and complete in all aspects where no man has the right to change it to fit his own personal opinions, We believe in the precept of salvation by and through Gods grace, We believe in the permission of autonomy in the local church where there is no organization above or over it and elders are ordained as spiritual over-seers of the local congregation and are the extent of human authority within the church, We believe in the prophecies of the Old Testament and that they have all been fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ, We believe in the possibility of every believer to acknowledge Gods plan of salvation through belief in the Lord Jesus, repentance of their sin, confessing Jesus as Lord before others, obedience to Christ by water baptism, and living faithfully to remain in Christ, We believe in the pursuit of weekly corporate worship where the Lords Supper (Communion) is observed, weekly stewardship (Offering) is offered, and praise and worship is given to God in music and singing, as well as worship in our daily lives after we leave the doors of the church building. We believe those who wear the name of Christ are called not only to attend church but to be the Church. We believe in the promise of Christ's return as King of Kings to judge the world. We believe in matters of Doctrine there must be unity; in matters of Opinion there is to be liberty, and in all things, Love.
To all who are weary and need rest; to all of us who are lonely and desire companionship, to all of us who mourn and need comfort; to all of us who all sin and are all in need of a Savior,...to whoever will come - this church opens wide its doors. Welcome.
